This music is worth what you make it.
We will not tell you what to pay for the everlasting gift of song.

Much of the energy spent, individually and collectively, by three young men over the past three years focused on the creation of this one piece of art. We just want it heard, absorbed, contemplated, discussed, appreciated, misunderstood, loved, hated, shared.

1.
In days of old, light shone insistently; There was no night in which to believe. I'm not making this up! Don't you dare doubt me, For the days of the endless sun You will soon see.
2.
Sell Out 04:57
The Devil sold his soul to me. Red to white turned his cheeks; I made him blush with the thought that we Could exist simultaneously. From within, out. He came with gold, that God of history, And still he asked so innocently. It wasn't enough, but I played it fairly - Soul for soul, just as he always preached.
3.
There's way too many people in the world, Way too many people... I want to see the people dancing, I want to see the people cry. I want to see the people dancing and I know... I want to see the people dancing, I want to see the people cry. I want to see the people dancing and I... Too many people on the floor. I'm trying to walk, I'm trying to soar Over you and the floor. Too many thoughts on your mind. Your head is in air. I said it, I swear.

I'm Dry 05:40
Water is falling on, It's on the ground above, 'cause I'm below. It's a moisture I can feel, Another word I know I've heard before, Heard before, Heard this before. Drip drop. Slowly pulling toward open air, I'm dry. And they sing aloud... Give us water.
6.
Cape Able 02:57
I don't think you realize what you are capable of. I don't think you notice at all. You can shape mountains, Sprout fountains from your mind. But I don't think you realize, Well, really any little thing at all. I don't think you realize what you are capable of. I don't think you notice at all. And I'll sing this a thousand times, A thousand times, a thousand times, A thousand times, a thousand times, A thousand times, a thousand times...
7.
Body Bags 06:37
The body bags come with compartments of lies are shown. Pad me up, mister, I'm dying slow. Float away... High up above this plane. Float away... This smile spreads back and forth across my face. Float away... Eyes of a bird, innate. Float away. Float away... I will be here, always. Despite what you say, A fragment of me will remain.

about

Imagine a world where the Day balanced on the edge of darkness, dancing. A swelling tension sending a score of melody over the watchers below...

"In days of old, light shone insistently;
There was no night in which to believe."

Written over three years in the midst of growing new roots, after the move from the sun and Southern California. Inspiration absorbed from Portland's immersive environment.
Recorded in 30 hours at Crossroads Productions studio in Vancouver, Washington, with Austin Aske at the helm. Captured live, raw, un-altered.
Mastered at Tone Proper by Nick Moon.

Disclaimer: We do recommend you let this record play out like a movie, from start to finish. And like any good film, multiple experiences is a must. This album will grow on you in the way love might. Give it that chance.
